Aventis Systems Support Programs provide extensive industry leading coverage to protect and extend the life of the hardware we sell to our customers, and assist in ensuring our customers can always Get IT Done!

Warranty Programs

Essentials Warranty

  • Coverage: Comprehensive Parts Replacements
    • 3 Year - Servers, workstations (for Xeon-based workstations) and storage equipment
    • 1 Year - Networking equipment, desktops, laptops and components
  • Support: Remote troubleshooting and dedicated technical support weekdays 8 AM–8 PM EST (excluding holidays).
  • Shipping: Covered within the continental U.S. for returns; customers outside are responsible for return shipping.
  • Standard inclusion with all Aventis Systems products.

Express Warranty (Optional Upgrade)

  • Coverage: Next-business-day parts replacement.
  • Shipping: Overnight shipping within the U.S.
  • Exclusivity: Available only in conjunction with the Essentials or Extended Warranty.

Extended Warranty

  • Coverage: Extended durations—up to 6 years for servers and storage equipment and 2 years for other hardware categories.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive parts replacement and technical support.
  • Flexibility: Renewable with no reinstatement fee for active warranties.

Maintenance Programs

Onsite Hardware Support (OHS)

  • Coverage: Next-day parts replacement and onsite labor related to parts replacement for Aventis Systems hardware.
  • Hours: Weekdays, 8 AM–8 PM EST (excluding holidays).
  • Agreement Terms: Available in 1, 2, or 3-year Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Custom Onsite Hardware Support (OHS)

  • Flexibility: Extends support to non-Aventis Systems hardware.
  • Similar benefits as standard OHS with tailored equipment support.
  • Custom OHS is subject to review/approval. All hardware is not covered.
