I have been very happy with the equipment that I have purchased from Aventis. I recently had a problem with a server, and the technical staff was super working with me to determine what the root problem was. Once the issue was isolated, they wasted no time to get me the RMA that I needed to send the server back. It arrived at their facility and fixed the very next day! It was super! I will be continuing to purchase my hardware and recommending that others get their hardware from Aventis!

We’ve had a great experience working with Aventis Systems to fulfill our infrastructure needs. They make the process smooth, provide the specs we need while meeting our budgetary requirements, and deliver in a timely manner. A specific experience where they went above and beyond for us was when we were in the market for an HP ProLiant DL380 G6, but they advised us that a G7 better suited our requirements and were able to offer the newer equipment within our price range. From a customer experience perspective, we truly value being able to reach our account manager easily and get all of our questions and concerns addressed in a timely manner, their recommendations for optional upgrades that will help us in the long run, and the peace ind we receive with their substantial warranty.

I am upgrading a server that I purchased from Aventis a while ago, and I am needing some help. So far I am VERY impressed with the level of service! I sent an email to my sales rep indicating my need for further help, and he coordinated everything for me! I got an email and phone calls from sales and tech support promptly. Your service is better than Dell could EVER hope to be.

I was very pleased with how my equipment was packaged for shipment. Your Technical Support Representative walked me through all the things that we needed to do to troubleshoot an issue. Peter was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and confident in troubleshooting the issue. He was very happy to remain on the phone with me as I opened the case and swapped parts around for troubleshooting. I was also amazed that the Cisco 3825 router was spotless inside. Everything about my experience with Aventis Systems has been top notch. I can see that we will be doing more business in the future.
